Friday, June 9, 2023
Convention Starts at 6:00 PM
Adult contestants (individual and bands) may register at any time on Friday beginning at 4:00 PM. Registration will be open through the evening. Even if you registered on line, you must go to the Welcome Center to pick up you number. Friday competition will be individual and band competition. There will be a set schedule for Friday night. That schedule will be announced at a later date. However, there will be a “Last Call” chance for those that did not arrive in time to compete during their category. Individuals are encouraged to compete during their actual category and will be entered to win a door prize by doing so. Competition begins at 6:00 PM and goes until the last one competes.

Convention begins 12:00 Noon with Youth Individual Competition. A schedule will be announced closer to date. Youth Bands to follow immediately. Awards will be presented to Youth after Youth Bands.
There will be a break between Youth and Adult Competition.
Contestants (individual and bands) may begin registering at 11:00 AM-5:00PM. All individual contestants will perform before 6:00 PM when the adult band competition begins. A schedule will be announced closer to time for each different categories.
Dance Competitors will need to be registered by 8:00 PM. Competition will begin at 8:30 PM on Saturday, June 10th.
