It is difficult to know where your beef comes from unless you personally know who raised and produced it.  It’s so important for many reasons to support your local cattleman.  All our beef is flash frozen in vacuum packs.  All prices are by the pound.  Steaks are one per pack, Roasts are 3-4 lbs in one pound flat packs.  Check out our Facebook page for updated information and price lists.  To order or ask questions you may contact us by sending a message to our Facebook page.
