The Galax Recreation Center offers a variety of activities. There are youth and adult sports programs, senior programs, 5K runs, year round swimming lessons, karate, gymnastics, bingo, water fitness, aquatic programs, tennis lessons, Oak Hill basketball camp, CPR classes, first aid classes, dog obedience, Middle Eastern dance instruction and after school programs for children in kindergarten through 5th grade.Open to all ages!
