Dominion Valley Park was started in 1987, as a family-owned park. Founders Cecil and Barabara Hall enjoyed sharing their love of people and great gospel music. In the spring of 2013, Cecil and Barabara decided to discontinue the park after the singing that year. However, Randy and Jeanie Clark (Cecil and Barabara’s daughter and son-in-law). Matthew and Sherry Rorrerr (Cecil and Barabara’s grandson and wife), Katelynn Clark (Cecil and Barabara’s granddaughter), and Austin Rorrer (Cecil and Barabara’s great-grandson) are continuing to maintain the park and continue to have gospel singing at Dominion Valley Park.
