Located in a wide cove in fabulous Mountain View Shores, you’ll be only steps from the water, as Evergreen is one of the closest homes to the water’s edge. NO hiking unless you want to!
Evergreen has three bedrooms and three full baths, with a separate sleeping area off the family room downstairs. Maximum occupancy is six, and no smoking please. Pets by special arrangement. Wifi available throughout!
Enjoy the view from your private outdoor hot tub, fish from your dock, paddle around in the canoe or just relax on the screened porch. You’ll be just feet from the water and the sound of the waves lapping the shore. Evergreen is fully air conditioned. For the winter, there’s a lovely gas fireplace in the living room to keep everyone cozy. A pool table and 55″ TV are also located downstairs.
