Impeccably decorated, the home boasts five bedrooms, three baths and can accommodate twelve guests.  Cold Spring Farm is secluded, yet in proximity to area attractions like the Omni Homestead and the Cowpasture, Bullpasture and Jackson Rivers. 

The home has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, a butler’s pantry and a dining table that seats eight. Guests can relax in one of the home’s two living rooms or den, one of which opens onto a lovely porch.  

Guests can retire for the night in one of five bedrooms.  The master-bedroom on the first floor features a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom.  The second bedroom on this floor has a queen-sized bed.  The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor and include a queen-sized bedroom, as well as a second bedroom with two full-sized beds.  Finally, the last bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with office space and en-suite bathroom.
