A peaceful farmstay bed & breakfast and USDA certified organic farm that raises rare heritage livestock. We offer family-friendly, air-conditioned accommodations, tranquil country atmosphere, country breakfast, and a hands-on farm animal experience for the adults and children alike. Each bedroom is furnished with Virginia-made iron beds topped with a vintage handmade quilt, remote controlled ceiling fan/light, and room-darkening shades.
Wake up in the morning and enjoy a delicious hot country breakfast prepared with our own farm eggs, farm-raised sausage, and freshly made-from-scratch biscuits. After enjoying a bountiful farm breakfast, you may opt to participate in a guided tour of the farm and lend a hand with farm chores (1-2 hours). Farm chores, depending on the season, may include:
- Collecting eggs
- Feeding and watering chickens, goats, cows, rabbits, and pigs
- Planting or harvesting in the certified organic gardens
- Harvesting pecans or fruit from our certified organic orchards
