The Town of Hillsville Farmers Market is located in beautiful, downtown historic Hillsville at 540 Pine Street. The seasonal market is home to 15+ vendors, all of whom grow, bake, roast, and create locally. We pride ourselves on being a truly local market, with all of our produce being grown within 100 miles of the market (most within 12 miles), and harvested the day it’s sold.
Open Thursdays, 3PM-7PM, June – October.
- SNAP/EBT is gladly accepted with a Virginia Fresh Match up to $25–when you swipe your card for up to $25, you’ll receive $25 in FREE tokens for fruits and vegetables.
- We have numerous educational and fun children’s activities.
- We host the Eat Smart Move More course for adults who have children in the home, presented by Virginia Cooperative Extension.
- The Taco ‘Bout food truck sets up weekly. Authentic Mexican food and drinks, and if you’ve never had a mangonada, you’ll find the best one here at the Taco ‘Bout!
- Fruits, veggies, local beef, pork, & chicken, eggs, baked goods, fruit wine, local award-winning honey, locally roasted coffees, flowers, plants, herbs, home decor, knitted and sewn items, healthy, preservative-free dog treats, paintings, and more can be found at the market.
- We are open on Thursdays, 3PM-7PM, May through October.
