A partially shaded, paved, and lighted path makes this park an excellent place to walk by the river and feed the ducks. Benches and picnic tables are also provided as well as a complete Disc Golf course. This park, located on Spring Street across from the Glencoe Cemetery, is open 24 hours a day year-round. Land for this park was donated by the Fraley family in honor of Arnold K. Fraley, a prominent Big Stone Gap businessman.
