Abreu-Grogan Park is a three-acre park alongside the Dan River. It offers boat access, boat rentals, fishing, picnic tables and public parking.

The boat house is open seasonally and allows water sports enthusiasts to rent a canoe, stand-up paddle board or kayak, daily or for the weekend. On site rentals require exact cash payment.

Credit card payments as well as cash and money orders are accepted in advance for daily and weekend rentals by phone or in person during regular business hours. Checks are accepted if submitted 15 business days prior to rental date.

Canoe rentals include two life jackets and two paddles.

Kayaks and stand up paddle board rentals include one life jacket and one paddle.
