You’re sure to enjoy this spacious lake home which is located on a nearly flat lot. Located in a private community nearby to the State Park, you’ll find a great area for swimming as well as easy access to the main channel.
The dock boasts a large stationary area with both sun and shaded areas. Sandy beach for the kiddos to play and have easy access into the water. Feel free to move around the cove in the kayaks. There’s also a floating dock for boat tie up, PWC port, patio furniture, outdoor fans, electricity and lights. A playground sits adjacent to the dock, plus fire-pit.
Four bedrooms spread between 3 levels – 2 on the upper level, 1 with a queen bed, the other with 2 sets of bunk beds, the master with a king bed on the main level, 1 bedroom with queen on the lower level. The main level also offers the fully equipped kitchen (including Keurig) with breakfast bar, sunroom, breakfast nook, dining area and living room w/46″ TV (with DirecTV & Blu-Ray). The lower level family room has a 47″ TV w/DVD.
