We have been doing catering for 20+ years and decided to bring that taste of home cooked food to you, our customers, on a everyday basis. Our BBQ is a perfection of seasonings that we rub, (marinated) into our pork butts and then we slow cook for 14 hours. We also offer other smoked meats like Flank Steak and brisket, offered as specials during the week as well. 2 nights a week we offer smoked pork ribs -St. Louis style- thick and meaty. We also offer home made desserts, Banana pudding made just the way ”Grandma” did! Along with others.
