John Boyer and Katie Pritchard have opened a wine bar named Blacksburg Wine Lab that offers a totally new experience: high-quality, unique wines and tapas combined with a experimental approach that focuses on introducing clients to lesser-known wines of the world, while educating their minds and their palates. This occurs in an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere in which professors, students, business people, patrons of the arts, and young professionals come together to dine, meet friends/colleagues, or just have a light libation after work. 

The Wine Lab has relocated to 223 Gilbert St next to Starbucks and Velocity Care and will be in this location till Spring 2023. We have outdoor patio space available along the building and the town has allowed us to use the two parking spaces in front of the business for seating as well.

Monday: 3pm-10pm
Tuesday: 3pm-10pm
Wednesday: 3pm-10pm
Thursday: 3pm-10pm
Friday: 12pm-midnight
Saturday: 12pm-midnight
Sunday: 10am-9pm (Brunch served 10am-2pm)
