Imagine gardens with hundreds of daylilies, in a rainbow of colors and a variety of shapes and sizes. Imagine walkways down wooded paths with hostas of all sizes, leaves of yellow green, deep green, blue green, golden and white variegated. Imagine a 270 foot man-made stream, beautifully landscaped, winding down a slope, with water cascading over rocks, down mini-waterfalls. Alongside the water garden, is a grove of 110 conifers. All of this is reality at Glebe Hill Gardens, Daleville, Virginia.
Glebe Hill Gardens is open to the public mid-June through mid-July. It is open throughout the year on an appointment basis. Check back this spring for official dates and times.
