Ralph and Ginny Zahn have owned and operated the marina since 1974. The Pelican Point staff takes pride in offering quality service.
The marina has 134 deep-water slips, with dockside water and 30 amp. electrical service for both power and sail. Some 60 amp. electric service is available as well.
Yacht club members enjoy a waterfront-resort environment. The marina covers 18 acres of park-like green space with over one-half mile of shoreline.
Amenities include a 3,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, swimming pool, clean-as-a-whistle bath house, tennis, shuffleboard, on-land boat and trailer storage, picnic areas, boat ramp, and FREE PUMPOUT facility for slip customers.
145 protected deep water slips for powerboats & sailboats, most with dockside electricity & water; security maintained year round; boat service yard on premises (15-ton hoist); 3,000 sq. ft.
