In 1988, Penelope Searcy opened Penelope to fill a shopping void in the Lynchburg area.  Since then, Penelope has grown to become one of Virginia’s largest boutique chains and a favorite destination for women of all ages. Penelope is proud to offer an award-winning collection of sterling silver jewelry, Pandora, Alex and Ani, Bourbon & Boweties, and TOMS Shoes.  Penelope also offers classic casual clothing from Tribal Sportswear, ComfyUSA, Oh My Gauze, Habitat and Liverpool Jeans, as well as fashion jewelry and accessories from the Penelope Collection.
