This area offers group camping with all of the basic amenities – picnic shelter, flush toilets, showers, outdoor grills, a water fountain, an amphitheatre with campfire ring and basketball goal. There’s one thing missing – You. The group area will accommodate up to 100 guests. The camp site offers easy access to the Visitor Center, the playgrounds, fishing, hiking trails and view of the beautiful Philpott Lake and Dam. If you’re lucky, you’ll experience nature at a level you never imagined. You may see wildlife such as the gray fox taking care of it’s young or a bear may be going on a daily stroll – this is nature up close and personal.Open April 1 thru October 31.
