More About Sally Pete's Farmhouse

The farmhouse was built in the early 1900’s by Pete and Sally Hartsock.  Sally, like many of the other local ladies during this time, was referred to not only by her first name, but also her husband’s first name; ‘Sally Pete’, perhaps to identify each local Sally from the other.  Sally Pete’s has been fully restored and retains much of the original character including original hardwood flooring, original entryway ship lap, and  antique furnishing common during the time of the homes construction. Sally Pete’s has the capacity to sleep up to 9 guests and includes three bedrooms, two full baths, one half bath, full size farmhouse kitchen, dining room, living room, and pantry/laundry room.
Within walking distance of Teddy’s, a locally popular restaurant, the farmhouse is conveniently located in the heart of Nickelsville and provides the perfect retreat for a romantic overnight stay for two or for a family getaway to explore some of the unique nearby attractions of the region!
