About the Festivals

This fiddlers convention is a gem. Look down on the stage from the surrounding hill in the evening and you’ll think it’s something out of a Norman Rockwell painting. Formed by the local fire department in the late 1960s, this event is a favorite of the musicians who compete for prizes but really come because of the fellowship and the quality of the music.
