Gathering in the Gap celebrate Southwest Virginia’s rich tradition of old-time, bluegrass, blues, and Americana music with performances by regionally and nationally renowned musicians. Enjoy live music, instrument and songwriting competitions, and jam sessions. The festival also offers local food and artisan vendors. Gathering in the Gap is held annually during Memorial Day weekend at the Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park in Big Stone Gap, Virginia.
